We recognise that each year you expect more from the service we provide, so without continuous improvement your satisfaction levels will actually decrease.  Over the past three years you have told us that we have made noticeable improvements in some areas, but we still need to improve in others. We are learning from this feedback and are continuously striving to improve the service we offer you.
